Our custom design projects are billed on an hourly basis and based on a reasonable time period for completion. We do offer some flat fee common design services for our more regular design orders. If you do not see a something in the Common Services table below that matches your needs, contact us and we can work out a fair price based on the scope of your project and the time involved. All of your projects are important to us. We want to make sure to provide you with the best service possible. We have built up a considerable amount of vendor assets over the years, so we can help you with not only the design and conceptualization, but also the production of your project in any final form you may choose. COMMON DESIGN SERVICES

Dax Graphic Design Offers Multiple pricing options for our clients depending on their needs. The table below features a set of rates for some of our more common services. Prices DO NOT include print production costs (i/e Printing, Paper, Production Material Costs). Printing costs can be bid and added to design fees if you request it. Please note, all Flat Rate Prices may change at any time. Prices do not include costs for stock photography, model licenses, studio rental etc. Please check on every price with Dax Graphic Design before finalizing your advertising/marketing budgets. Prices include 3 proofs with minor revisions and a press ready digital file upon final approval. Vector source files available at an additional cost. All copies of all client files are archived at Dax Graphic Design.

PLEASE NOTE: We now offer vinyl cutting production services. We not only design, we can now produce cut vinyl graphics, decals, and signs. Any project or custom order you may have, let us know, and we will give you a price that can't be beat. No project is too big or too small.

These are just a small collection of some of the more common services we provide from requests we have recieved. Dax Graphic Design is a full service studio capable of producing any form of design on any form of media currently in the marketplace and beyond.

Quick turnaround is a specialty of Dax Graphic Design. We can turn around most projects within 24 hours if there is a rush. We have worked with virtually every media available to advertise, and can provide you with not only great design, but a realistic projection of the final production and the costs involved. 50% of final total due is required before any work is to begin. Payments can be arranged based on pre-agreed to points of completion on a project after initial payment has been made. 50% inital fee may be waived with long term or pre-determined contractual agreement. All hourly and common services fees must be agreed to prior to the start of any project. Client must notify Dax Graphic Design immediately if any changes to the payment structure must be made. Payments can be made via PayPal, Direct Deposit, Check, or Cash..

ALL PROJECTS WILL RECIEVE NO MORE THAN 3 Proofs. An additional fee of $50 will be charged for any proof over 3. Publishers will be charged more. All proofs are provided in a digital PDF format. Printed proofs and mockups may be requested, but will come at an additonal cost depending on project scope.

PROJECTS DO NOT INCLUDE PRINTING OR PRODUCTION COSTS. THESE ARE ONLY DESIGN CHARGES. Printing can be added upon request and additional cost. Of course Client may supply a preferred vendor.

Dax Montilla is Not a Certified Adobe Instructor. He is simply a designer with over 18 years of experience using the Adobe Line of Products.

All photographs supplied to Dax Graphic Design for use in projects, must be roylaty free and high resolution (minimum 300dpi). Client assumes all responsibility for quality and content of photography used in their projects. Dax Graphic Design assumes no responsibility for any litigation that may occur from client choosing to use web images, phone images, or non-stock photography in their advertisements. Client must retain all model releases.

* - Pricing begins at this price and increases from there depending on certain unforseen variables such as, changes to project size, adding in spot colors, die cuts or folds, extra proofs, major design changes, concept changes, copy changes, color changes, logo redesign, image manipulation, image release, or image changes. Clients factor heavily in this pricing in regards to the quality of the concept, the images, advertising copy and logos they have in hand. Better client preparedness will keep costs down. Major changes to a project require additional time to make, and will be priced according to their complexity. Additional pricing will be billed at $40 per hour and will be discussed and agreed to by both parties before work will continue.

** - 3 month minimum agreement required. More days may be added at additional cost to contract upon agreement of consultation contract. Out of state (Arizona) will require additional travel and lodging expenses.

*** - Ad agency prices begin at prices listed and may go up depending on scope of the project list and client requirements. All agency agreements require a contract, and if agreed contract is less than 3 months, then 50% of the total duration time must be paid in advance.

**** - Requires a minimum of a 3 issue committment. All Editorial content must be original and provided by client. Additional editorial services can be agreed upon at additional cost before project has been started. Client must have at least an editorial manager and a advertising/sales manager on staff dedicated to managing project. Management services can be agreed upon at additional cost before project has begun. If using models in a publication in any state of undress they must be over 18 years of verifiable age. Dax Graphic Design refuses to work with any publisher who is unable to provide proof of age for models in this form of photography. If using any photographed models in a publication at all, a publisher must also have each model's releases available and on record for each issue printed. Publishers are not required to have model releases for models from most stock photography sites.
